New Post: Trivial comment issue

In NetPortableProfileTable.Profiles.set there is a old comment // This setter is only for Unit Tests. which is no longer true as the setter is used not to ensure both dictionaries are maintained.

I wish there was a trivial cover-review/in-place fix like in GitHub....
