Closed Feature: Provide functionality to allow package to overwrite files [278]

I'd like to be able to have NuPack prompt the user and ask to overwrite existing files. This would be useful if your package added a feature to an existing application/file - in my case it's Kentico CMS; my package modifies one of their built-in modules.
