Commented Issue: NuGet Package Load Error [2582]

When attemp to load the package window from Online section extension gave me Element not found (Exception from HRESULT: 0X8002802B (TYPE_E_ELEMENTNOTFOUNT) error
Comments: I have this exact same issue ( Element not found (Exception from HRESULT: 0X8002802B (TYPE_E_ELEMENTNOTFOUNT) ) and it occurs in both the GUI and PM console. Anyone have any idea? I'm at a complete loss and really need to get passed this.
