Commented Issue: [NuGet2.2]the message “Some packages could be completely removed. Restart Visual Studio to finish uninstall.“ still shows up even after VS has restarted. [2861]

This scenario does the following steps:



Setup:

- Create a VB ASP.NET Empty Web Site project

- Add a new web form “Default.aspx”.



Iteraion:




-Start Manage Nuget Packages dialog on right clicking of the project node
-Install NuGet.Server package

-Uninstall NuGet.Server package
