Created Issue: Having scrollbar AND pages are not very user friendly on the 'Manage NuGet Packages' window [2697]

1. Create a new MVC 4 Internet Application (on VS 2012)
2. Open 'Manage NuGet Packages"

Result:
User shouldn't need to scroll down on the page of packages AND turn to next pages when going through the packages.
For example, shouldn't the number of packages shown on the view in the screenshot be 7?
