Edited Issue: a way to refresh nuget package list [2671]

1. Open nuget package manager
2. Add a new package source(named 'test') from setting page
3. Navigate to category 'test'
Observed: all the nuget items are displayed
4. Remove one nuget package from the share folder
5. Click nuget package list of nuget manager
6. Click F5

Actual: the nuget pakcage list is not refreshed
I have to select other category first then select back, and then the package list will get refreshed
Expected: f5 or a button to refresh the nuget package list
