Commented Issue: Package Visualizer error [2078]

When trying to use the package visualizer, I get an error:

"An item with the same key has already been added"

There's not much clue where the error comes from, in the title bar it says "Microsoft Visual Studio" and gives only an OK button. On clicking OK, the package visualizer does not display.
