Commented Unassigned: [Regression] No items found is shown for nuget.org after uninstall a package to phone app [3553]

Repro steps:

1. Have two+ feeds under the Online tab
2. create a new win phone app
3. install atomicstoarge package
4. uninstall this package from installed tab
5. go to online tab

Expected: list of packages loading fine to nuget.org feed


Actual: No items found is shown.
