Created Unassigned: Updates tab -> All shows no items found after updates are done [3554]

Repro steps:
1. create a new MVC4 application using Visual Studio 2013 preview
2. go to Update tab, click update all to .NET framework feed
3. change to nuget.org feed, click update all there two
4. when All updates are finished, click All tab, and switch among All, nuget.org and .NET framework feed


Expected: The list of updates are being refreshed when switching among these tabs under Updates


Actual: no items found is shown on All, list of updates not refreshed for nuget.org and .NET framework feed
