When I click on the option to manage nuget packages at the solution level and select the option in the left-hand menu option 'Installed packages - > All' the program causes Visual Studio to hang indefinitely while retrieving project / package information. After attempting to click cancel to move the job to the background does not help, then I attempt to close the package manager window and Visual Studio crashes.
