Commented Unassigned: Install latest nuget on top of clean installed VS 2012 will have the nuget.org feed unchecked [3516]

Repro steps:
1. Install VS 2012 SKU such as VSU and VWD
2. Install nuget 2.7
3. check the package source


Expected: there is only one nuget.org source that's active/selected

Actual: there is only one nuget.org source, but it's unchecked. when starting PM dialog, no sources is available.


Comments: Please fix.
