New Post: NuGet can't uninstall ELMAH package

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, there's so much white noise with the keywords I gave up trying to find a previous answer.

I've got a VS2012 (update 3) project that has elmah 1.2.2 installed, which results in two packages being present. ELMAH, which is dependent on "ELMAH Core Library (no config)".

If I try to uninstall the later, nuget understandably refuses due to the dependency. When I click uninstall on ELMAH, it warns that it depends on the core and "do you want to uninstall them too?"

Whether I click yes or no, the interface refreshes, nothing has changed. no errors, no warnings, just crickets.

Can someone explain what might be happening, or, more importantly, how to track it down and/or safely remove the packages by hand?

As a kicker, I'd like to point out that I have completely uninstalled/re-installed VS2012 since the project began.
