Repros with latest Nuget 2.1
After creating a solution with multiple project in VS, right click the solution node, the menu is showing "Manage Nuget Packages...", instead of "Manage Nuget Packages for solution...".
The menu will become correct, after you actually start the dialog once, then right click the solution node again.
