Edited Issue: When installing a package to multiple projects, NuGet shows the same EULA link multiple times [2631]

@Repro:

1. Create a solution with multiple projects
2. Right-click on Solution, choose Manage NuGet packages for Solution
3. Choose Online -> All
4. In Search Online text box, enter MEF
5. Scroll down and choose MEF for web and Windows Store apps
6. Click Install
7. On Select Projects dialog, click OK

@Expected: For License Acceptance dialog to open with a single EULA
@Actual: The For each project another copy of the same EULA is listed (see attached).
