Created Unassigned: Close button 'X' on progress dialong doesn't work [3206]

Repro Step

- Create a new package that has minclientversion = 3.0

- Try to install above package on any project. It would show a progress dialog with appropriate error message

- Click close button on title bar 'X' to dismiss the dialog

Expected
The dialog is closed
