Commented Issue: When updating a nuget package, remember when files are moved or renamed. [3188]

For example, if I install JQuery and move any of the jquery script files to a different location or rename them, nuget should be aware and remember this change and know where the file is when it comes time to uninstall or update the package. I have come across this issue dozens of times when the default location a file is installed is not where I want it to be in my folder structure or conflicts with something. I have to remember when I upgrade to delete the old files and move the new one back to where I put it.
