On 2012-09-13, a quite important issue was fixed in the code. On 2012-10-26 and 2013-01-30 people have asked to update the NuGet package. I've created a ticket 10 days ago asking to bring a PreRelease package to Nuget, but there hasn't been any response so far.
Considering the circumstances, am I allowed to create an unofficial package based on the latest source?
