Commented Issue: Arrow keys does not work for File Conflict dialog [3076]

repro steps:

1. start nuget package manager
2. install a package that overwrite files
3. press <- and -> arrows on keyboard


Expected: can change between Yes, Yes to All, No and No to All


Actual: arrow keys not working
Comments: Fixed in changeset 98d118c39114
