Updated Release: Up for Grabs

This release represents issues that we would accept as a pull request if implemented with sufficient quality. We believe the items in this release are good ideas but not ideas we will act upon in the next couple releases (or potentially ever) ourselves.

We will periodically pull highly voted items from this release into an active release, but this is not a part of our regular rhythm.
