Edited Issue: [update all] the message could say about the number of updates [3000]

actual message:
There are more that one update available

expected:
The message can be "There are 12 update(s) available"
it would be cool to show the number of updates, if it’s impossible then I feel we have following options
a. remove the message
b. message “There are updates available”
