Comments: man, I getting to dislike this "doesn't meet the bar for 2.0" comment. It seems more like a "really not going to look at this until more people complain". In my opinion, this is a rather serious bug and cost me a couple hours just yesterday, wondering why my code wasn't working anymore. This impact is VERY high, especially if you have people on your team who are not familiar enough with NuGet to understand what's going on. Any chance "Soonish" will mean < 12 months after the initial complaint?
