Currently using V2.0 of nuget.exe and it runs fine.
Once I update to 2.2 using nuget
D:\Development\GlobalDependencies\NuGet>nuget update -self
Checking for updates from https://nuget.org/api/v2/.
Currently running NuGet.exe 2.0.0.0.
Updating NuGet.exe to 2.2.0.
Update successful.
that works fine, only now whenever I call nuget.exe (with or without arguments) it simply won't run and immediately crashes rendering it useless. I suspect it has something to do with our corporate firewall as I never have this problem elsewhere. But v2 did work, v2.2 just doesn't.

Comments: ok tried download copies from codeplex, nuget.org and via vs package manager nuget.commandline. Same result everytime. Crashes immediately every single time. In an effort to find more detailed error, I downloaded the source and build the exe and the odd thing is that this does run without error so I can't even find out where the error is occurring. This error affects every machine in our network (including a completely fresh install) that I've tried which has .Net 4.0 installed so does not appear to be a bad install
