Edited Issue: A config file included as an artifact looks unformatted on installing [2960]

From: http://myget.org/F/Katana install the package Katana in a console application.

Go to the packages folder\Katana\lib\Katana.exe.config. notice that this exe.config is unformatted. Looks like the file included while building the nugget package is formatted.
